"A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense, and is, thereby, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety." ~Ansel Adams

Bombs Bursting In Air

I heart Fireworks & our country

America America!

God mend thine every flaw.
Confirm thy soul in self-control,
Thy liberty in law.

California Dreamin'

I went to California to celebrate my grandpa's 94th birthday and help with the apricot harvest. I went a little crazy with taking too many pictures. This ranch may be sold soon, and that makes me cry inside.

Even More Stuff in Arkansas

Late at night, old, near-dead trees can look kinda spooky. Against the dark sky, this one looked kinda cool. The picture, however, turned out more grainy than I expected.

Spencer.
Adam.

Blogger doesn't seem to let me post more than 5 pictures at a time, so I'm making a few posts to make up for lost time.

Skateboarding, motocross, snowboarding, etc., we refer to these as X-treme sports, likely because of the inherent danger associated with "catching air," "going big," or "front bluntin' that 20 set." What about getting stomped by a 1300 lb. horse? In front of 2,000 people! That's pretty X-treme if you ask me.

Stuff in Arkansas

This little guy was one of the rodeo clowns during the mutton bustin'. He made me laugh, so I had to take a picture.

There were 3 different places to sit at the rodeo. On the metal bleachers under the roof on the West, the wooden bleachers with the sun in your eyes on the East, or these box seats. But I think you have either be the family of one of the contestants or pay a little extra.
